Healthy lunch ideas

Dear cousin:    

I am telling you the things you need to eaton the week

-Monday:sandwich and at the end you can eat a orange and apple 

-Tuesday:Eat a soup whit chicken and vegetables

-Wensday:a pasta whith cherry tomatoes and tuna 

-Thursday:a pizza whith tomatoes cheese and mozzarella

-Friday:a Spanish omelette and for the desert a banana whith honey
